Digital Tube Electric Board Temperature Control Setting and Remote Controlling Motor



With manual control function, remote control function, temperature control function for automatic working, it can be used in various fields, including industry and household.  

Control System is widely used to control lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors / locks / windows / blinds / cars or other appliances.

There are 2 working modes in it. Momentary mode and Latched Mode

Working distance is about 100m.

Phone Smart GSM Power Socket

This tri-frequency/tri-band GSM smart power socket has manual control, state checking function and power-off memory function other than phone call remote control and SMS remote control.

Manual Control
Press buttons SW1/SW2/SW3 on the socket directly to remote control the socket. Press SW1, socket 1 is socket 1 is power-on state. Press SW1 again, socket 1 is power-off state. Press SW2, socket 2 is power-on state. Press SW2 again, socket 2 is power-off state. Press SW3, socket 3 is power-on state. Press SW3 again, socket 3 is power-off state. When devices are plugged into sockets, only press buttons on the socket, you can switch on or off those devices.

CHECK command: Check the state of the socket
Edit text message “SN+ Six passwords +CHECK” and send to socket. You will receive the state of the socket. Then you will know the ON or OFF state of each socket.

Power-off Memory Function of Socket
The power-off memory function of socket is default in socket.
The STA 1 light flashes twice after power is on. It means that the state is power-off memory function is saved.
The STA 1 light flashes 4 times after power is on. It means that the state is power-off memory function is not saved.
Power-off state can be changed by the customer. Press SW1 for 12 seconds then release, you can change the current memory state.
Note:
This product can only control power supply on or off and do not have other functions. If some devices don’t have power-off memory function of it, even you want to start it by using this socket, it won’t work immediately. You have to turn on its own switch to restart it.
Reset to default
Press the SET button and SW1 button at the same time for 1 second, the STA1 light will flashes twice slowly. You reset socket successfully.
The previous preset owner number will be deleted and password becomes six zeros: 000000. The three switches are also disconnected.

How to Use Phone to Remote Control Devices On and Off

Our new product mobile phone GSM smart power strip is used in many fields, for example industry or household. It is applied to air conditioner, electric heaters, water pump, motors, fans, servers, relay station, TVs, water heaters, electric doors, rice cookers, lamps, speakers or other devices with voltage AC110~220V. Or something special remote controlling, you can also feed your pet via this GSM switch. How to use this socket on earth? Let’s see the following procedure.

Here we want to introduce “Phone call Remote Controlling” method.
When you use the owner number to dial, the phone will be gotten through after 2 seconds. Voice prompt: “Welcome to use the smart socket. Please enter the password and end up with “octothorp”. Then do follow the voice prompt. When your password is correct, the voice prompts is “The password is correct”. If your password is correct, you can remote control devices which are plugged into those sockets via your mobile phone or fix telephone. This product can only control power supply on or off and do not have other functions. So you can only turn on and off devices.
When you input the password with illegal format or even wrong password, the voice prompts is “The password is wrong, please input again” .You are allowed to input password incorrectly three times. If more than three times, the voice prompt is: “Thank you for using, goodbye” and hang up after 2 seconds.
Attention: Socket can be controlled many times. When you want to stop controlling, press asterisk (star key) and octothorp (hash key), the voice prompts is “Thank you for using, goodbye” and hang up after 2 seconds.

Customized Time Delay Remote Controller for 6V Light

This 1 channel dc RF remote control switch features in controlling relay off time delay. Delay time can be customized according to actual requirement. It is widely applied to control lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors / locks / windows / blinds or other electrical devices. It is activated in 6V power supply. You need provide us with the delay time you want when ordering. E.g. delay time: 20 seconds or 1 hour or 20 minutes… The delay time is not adjustable freely. Its working current is 10ampere and working distance is 100m (300ft).

It has normally open and closed contact. It controls various lights, fans or motors with voltage AC110~240V or DC0~28V. Here is the alternate current device wiring diagram and the wiring diagram of direct current device which not share the same power supply with receiver.

Of course, if you want to remote control direct current device which shares the same power supply with receiver, you need to do some different wiring from above wiring. Suppose that you want to remote control 6V lamp. So you don’t have to supply additional power for led lamp because led lamp will get power from powered receiver as long as you wire lamp to the receiver.
Here is the wiring procedure of 6V lamp which shares the same battery with receiver. The red wire from the lamp is connected to the C terminal of the receiver and black wire from the lamp is connected to the negative electrode of the power supply. The positive wire of the supply power is connected to B terminal and positive electrode of the receiver. The negative electrode of the power supply of power supply and receiver are connected together.

We set its delay time 20seconds.
Press button 1: Turn on the lamp. After 20seconds, turn off the lamp by itself.
During the delay time, press button 2: Turn off the lamp straightway.

How to Make a Remote Controlled 6V Doorbell

Question from customer:
I want to install a single channel remote to control my doorbell within the range of 150m. The old 6V doorbell was broken and I don’t want to repair the wires of doorbell. Ordinary wireless doorbell cannot be used because it doesn’t reach the distance I really want. I have an idea that a transmitter is connected to the doorbell button and relay in receiver is connected to doorbell. The only problem is the control range of remote need to reach about 150m. Would you like to recommend some favorable products?

Answer:
We recommend the 6V one channel 2000m receiver(S1U-DC06-ANT2) and long range transmitter (CB-1). Working voltage range of receiver is 6V. With normally open and close terminal, the voltage of the device being controlled is AC110~240V or DC0~28V. So it can be applied in 6V doorbell. Usually, you don’t have to supply additional power to doorbell because it can get 6V power from powered receiver when you connect them to the 6V power supply together. And the most significant is that it has extended external antenna which makes its control range up to 2000m (6000ft). You will be satisfied with this product.

According to your requirement, you can connect the button of the bell to the transmitter by two wires. Then connect the bell to the relay in the receiver.

Setting control mode Momentary: Connect Jumper-1.
When you press the button of the bell, RF signal will be sent out from transmitter to receiver. The receiver receives to turn on the relay, then the doorbell rings. Release the button, the doorbell stops ringing.

One Device Remote Control Another Device 6V 500M

Automation or automatic control is the use of various control systems for operating equipment as machinery, uses in factories, home. The biggest benefit of automation is that it saves labor, energy and material to improve quality, accuracy, efficiency and precision. Have you ever thought about home automation?
Someone wants to build home automation. Module 1 will connect to one existing device which make module 1 transmit RF signal to module 2 to indicate either “ON” state or “OFF” state. Module 2 will connect device which is ready to being controlled. When module receives the signal from module 1, it will turn on or off controlled device.
In fact, we have a completely new product 5~28V triggered great range transmitter of CB-2V which is applied for one device controlling another device. This transmitting module will be triggered by DC power 5~28V input. When your existing device is on, the transmitter will get power to send signal to receiver. We really hope this kind of remote can satisfy his needs.

We think our product can meet his need. According to his requirement, that transmitter can work  with dc 6V 1 channel latched long range receiver model of (S1L-DC06-ANT2). The receiver needs low voltage and current. Working voltage range of relay can be DC 0~28V. And The existing device will supply low current to activate transmitter. They work together to finish the automation.

Let’s study the wiring diagram. That is fairly simple. Existing device is connected to the positive and negative terminals of the transmitter. The device being controlled is connected to the normally open terminals “B”&”C” of receiver.

Or our receiver is activated by DC6V power. If the device he wants to control is also activated by 6V. We provide another wiring diagram to you.

When the transmitter got a voltage input from the working existing device, the transmitter will be triggered and send an “On” RF signal to the receiver. When the receiver received this signal, it will indicate the device being controlled to “On” state. Likewise, the existing device stops working and transmitter will send an “Off” RF signal to receiver. After receiving the signal, the receiver will indicate the device being controlled to ‘Off” state.

Horn Starting System is Remote Controlled

Question from customer:
I would like some help to make my Horn starting system become remote controlled. At present I have a momentary switch on a 12 foot cable when the switch is press it activates the horn. I would like the horn and housing to be separated. I would like the horn to be approximately 100M away. Which of your products will help me? In the future I would like to add a 2nd and 3rd horn to my set up which will be housed in separate boxes.

Answer:
If you want to remote control a horn, we recommend the long range 1 channel 12V momentary receiver (S1XM-DC12-ANT2) and the long range transmitter CB-1. It is direct power output; control lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors/locks/windows/blinds/cars or other appliances. You can turn on/off the receiver with transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance; the wireless RF signal can pass through walls, floors and doors. Its working distance can reach 2000m with external extended antenna.

Here is the wiring diagram. Wire horn to A&B terminals and supply 12V power to the receiver. There is no need to supply additional power to horn because horn can get power from powered receiver.

After wiring, here comes the operation. Momentary mode is the only working mode in it.
Press and hold button: Turn on the horn; Release the button: Turn off the horn.
If you want to remote control 2~3 horns, we recommend 2~3 receivers S1XM-DC12-ANT2 and another two transmitters, one is two-button long range transmitter CB-2 or three-button long range transmitter CB-3.
