One to Many Series-One Transmitter Remote Control 4 Devices
Question from customer:
“I need to operate 3 or 4 devices separately with 2 momentary functions per each. I need one transmitter to function from approx. 100 – 500m – to work all devices. The devices will operate on a 12volt DC system.”
Answer:
We recommend the 2 channel 2000m wireless momentary receiver (S2M-DC12-ANT2) with external antenna, and the long rang transmitter (CB-2). It can control lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors/locks/windows/blinds/cars or other appliances with AC110~240V or DC0~28V. You can turn on/off the receiver with transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance; the wireless RF signal can pass through walls, floors and doors. It is momentary mode (Press and hold→On; Release→Off). External Extended antenna, its transmitting can reach about 2000m.

You can wire 4 devices to each relay of two receivers respectively. Two receivers and this transmitter will be set the same code. This receiver is NO/NC contact. Wire device to B terminals to each relay. And supply power to receiver your device respectively.

1) Press and hold big button: Turn on relays on the first receiver (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)
2) Release big button: Turn off relays on the first receiver (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)
3) Press and small button: Turn on relays on the second receiver (connect B and C, disconnect A and B)
4) Release small button: Turn off relays on the second receiver (disconnect B and C, connect A and B)

High Power Winch Motor Remote Controlling
Question from customer:
Hi, I am looking for a 110 volt remote control for a winch that pulls my boat from the water into my boat house.
Requirements:
120 volt
20 amps max
Momentary switches
Do you have a kit that meets these requirements?

Answer:
First, we’d like to recommend motor momentary remote controller (S1FM-AC220&CV-2-2). It can remote control motors of rolling blinds/ doors, projection screens, awnings, pumps, winches, conveyors or other electric appliances and machineries. With 2 directive buttons ▲(Positive rotation) and ▼(Reversal rotation), you can rotate the motor in the positive or reversal direction with the transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance(this kind of remote controller is 500m/1500ft). Power supply is AC 100~240V. But this maximum current is 10amps, it is not enough for you to remote control your 20amps winch. So we’d like show you contactor motor starter relay, you can use it amplify current which you need. AC contactor (aka motor starter) is a high capacity relay. It is often used to control a motor or as a main power switch. It’s used for long range connection and circuit disconnection, frequent activation and controlling AC motor.

Here is the wiring diagram. Two contactors will act as a bridge between remote controller and high power motor to help activate high power motor to rotate in positive and reversal position.

Wire A1 terminal of contactor 1 to UP terminal of receiver, and A1 terminal of contactor 2 to DOWN of receiver. Wire T2 terminals of contactors 1&2 to winch motor. Wire winch motor to COM terminal of receiver. Supply power to receiver and contactor 1&2 respectively.
Operation:
Press and hold button ▲ on remote: Motor rotates continuously in positive direction.
Release button ▲ on remote: Stop the motor.
Press and hold button ▼ on remote: Motor rotates continuously in reversal direction.
Release button▼ on remote: Stop the motor.

Horn Starting System is Remote Controlled
Question from customer:
I would like some help to make my Horn starting system become remote controlled. At present I have a momentary switch on a 12 foot cable when the switch is press it activates the horn. I would like the horn and housing to be separated. I would like the horn to be approximately 100M away. Which of your products will help me? In the future I would like to add a 2nd and 3rd horn to my set up which will be housed in separate boxes.

Answer:
If you want to remote control a horn, we recommend the long range 1 channel 12V momentary receiver (S1XM-DC12-ANT2) and the long range transmitter CB-1. It is direct power output; control lights, motors, fans, electrically operated doors/locks/windows/blinds/cars or other appliances. You can turn on/off the receiver with transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance; the wireless RF signal can pass through walls, floors and doors. Its working distance can reach 2000m with external extended antenna.

Here is the wiring diagram. Wire horn to A&B terminals and supply 12V power to the receiver. There is no need to supply additional power to horn because horn can get power from powered receiver.

After wiring, here comes the operation. Momentary mode is the only working mode in it.
Press and hold button: Turn on the horn; Release the button: Turn off the horn.
If you want to remote control 2~3 horns, we recommend 2~3 receivers S1XM-DC12-ANT2 and another two transmitters, one is two-button long range transmitter CB-2 or three-button long range transmitter CB-3.

How to Control 12V and 9V Motors Run Back and Forward
Question from customer:
I want to run a 12V dc winch that uses a car battery for power. I also want to run a small 9 volt dc motor. And small motor is powered by small calculation power supply. I wonder if there the remote controller which can be used for those two motors which need two different voltages to supply to rotate in forward and reverse direction.
Answer:
If you want to remote control 2 motors’ back and forward, you need 4CH normally open/closed contact remote control kit (S4C-DC12+C-4). Each relay can only activate motor run at one direction, so 4 relays can realize 2 motors to run two directions respectively. This 4CH RF wireless remote control switch operates in toggle, momentary, latched and toggle + momentary control mode (set the mode as you like freely). You can also use it to complete four operations at the same time. But For example, turn the light on, open the door or control other dc/ac electrical devices in the meantime. It is applied for light remote control, motor remote control, garage door remote control, gate remote control, etc.

Here is the wiring diagram. A&B terminals is normally closed, B&C terminals is normally open. We usually connect motors to normally open terminals. Motor 1 is connected to B&C terminals of relay 1 and relay 2. Motor 2 is wired to B&C terminals of relay 3 and relay 4. And supply power to the receiver. Owing to no current output for motors from receiver, so 2 motors must be supplied power with different voltage individually as your requirement. Motor 1 is supplied DC 12V. Motor 2 is supplied DC9V.

Our suggestion is momentary mode for controlling two motors’ back and forward rotation. After switching on power, press and hold button 1, motor 1 turns in positive direction; press and hold button 2, motor 1 turns in reverse direction. Press and hold button 3, motor 2 turns in positive direction; press and hold button 4, motor 2 turns in reverse direction. If you release button, motor will stop immediately.
Note: Momentary mode: Press and hold button →On; Release button →Off

2CH RF DC Remote Control Kit Controls AC Motor
This 2CH RF DC remote control kit is activated by DC power supply, which operates in toggle, momentary, latched and toggle +momentary modes (just set according to your requirement). It is very favorable for lights or other DC/AC electric devices which are hard to reach or far away from switch. This 2 channel remote control kit can help you complete two operations at the same time. It is widely used for lights, gates, garage doors, motors and so on.
We will try to show you how to control positive and reversal rotation of an AC motor with this remote module.
