How to use infrared motion sensor to remotely control electric fan on and off?

Now we are promoting a brand new product, rf wireless remote control model of CB-2N(model 0021045). www.ourautomation.com  This is a long distance remote controller. Transmitting distance is up to 1000m in open field. The major characteristic of it is that it has two extended wires, which is wired to the electrical device. When two wires are connected, the remote will send out an rf signal “ON”. When two wires are cut, the remote will send out an rf signal “OFF”. It can be paired with the receiver, such as model 0020442 (S1PX-AC220-ANT2), used in such a situation when you want to use an electrical device to remotely control another device. For instance, use an infrared motion sensor to remotely control the electric fan by the remote & receiver set.

The infrared motion sensor could be used to directly control the electric fan. But if there is a long distance between the infrared motion sensor and the fan, it is inconvenient for wiring. You'd better use our remote & receiver set at this time.
Then how to make infrared motion sensor remotely control the electric fan by our remote controller? Next we'll talk about it.
Look at the wiring picture, two extended wires on transmitter should be connected the contacts of infrared motion sensor. The wires from fan should be connected to the output contacts of receiver.

When someone enters into the detective range, the contacts of infrared sensor are closed; transmitter is triggered and then transmits an rf signal “ON” to the receiver. After the receiver receives the signal, output contacts are closed; the fan starts to work.
When someone goes out of the detective range, the contacts of infrared sensor are cut; the transmitter is triggered and then transmits an rf signal “OFF” to the receiver. After the receiver receives the signal, output contacts are cut, the fan stops working.
