Voltage Input Triggered Remote Control Design to Applying to Device Control another Device

Someone said he needs a device that can connect to an existing 110V light switch. When the light switch is ON, the device sends a wireless signal to another 110V outlet to turn on a light that is plugged into that outlet. When the 110V light switch is OFF, the device turns the outlet off.
One voltage input triggered remote control set came up in my mind. CB-2V,  the characteristic of the transmitter CB-2V will be triggered by DC power 5~28V input.
I tried to give a demonstration of that remote control set to show how it works.
Material preparation:
1 x transmitter, CB-2V
1 x receiver, S1X-AC220-ANT2
2 x lights
1 x adaptor
1 x power strip
Power supply

Let’s see the wiring procedure.
Step 1
I connected the transmitter to the 12V adaptor and pluged lamp 2 to power strip. Then pluged the transmitter to power strip.
Step 2
I connected lamp 1 to the receiver and connected the plug to the receiver.

When pressing the button on the power strip, the lamp is on and the transmitter CB-2V sends a wireless signal “ON” to the receiver S1X-AC220-ANT2, it will make another lamp on.

When pressing the button on the power strip again, the lamp is off and transmitter CB-2V sends a wireless signal “OFF” to the receiver S1X-AC220-ANT2, it turns another lamp off.
